That’s because of the label of the Frozen Pork that i’ve gotten from the supermarkets.

It’s labelled as “Frozen Collar Shabu Shabu (五花肉)” Hence, the mention of the rest of them!

Just like what i told my friend, Pork Collar or belly or 五花肉, i love them all! :)
